About me
I pride myself on cleaning to the highest standards using the best quality professional cleaning products and equipment. I am fully insured and DBS checked. I am happy to undertake all aspects of domestic cleaning including deep cleans and end of tenancy cleaning.
Prices
Monthly cleans start at £195. Deep cleans start at £250. Prices include all professional cleaning products, equipment, insurance, etc. Prices are not negotiable and I do not price match.
Customer satisfaction guarantee
If there is any aspect of our work that you are not happy with, please get in touch ASAP and within 24 hours of the clean and I will rectify as soon as I can. I do not provide refunds.
Before I start cleaning
I view the property to discuss your requirements and assess the amount of work involved. I will email you a quote detailing all cleaning to be carried out and a fixed price for the works.
On the day
I respectfully request that the property is vacated for the duration of the clean. If you work from home, please stay in one room to enable me to complete my work efficiently.
I will do my best to clean under/ around large furniture, however, I am unable to move very heavy or large pieces of furniture such as wardrobes and sofas. If there is an item of furniture you would like cleaned under/ behind, you are welcome to move it out before the clean.
I am unable to clean properties where there is an infestation (e.g. rodents, fleas).
Payment
Full payment (minus any deposit) is required on the day of the clean. You are welcome to pay before your clean if that is more convenient for you. If you repeatedly pay late, I will terminate my services.
Please pay by bank transfer. Invoices are provided on request.
Photos & social media
I take ‘before and after’ photos for my customers. I may ask permission to share these online as an advertisement for my work. This is completely at your discretion.
Confidentiality
All my work is confidential. I will not tell anyone I clean for you, nor will I discuss any aspect of my work for you with others.
Deposits
A 50% non-transferable deposit is required to secure bookings for one-off/ deep cleans. This secures the date for you and is not transferable to another date or to another customer/ property. If you cancel the booking, you will lose your deposit.
Working hours
I mostly work within school hours (9am til 3pm), Monday to Thursday. I will occasionally take holiday and will give you ample notice.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your clean, please let me know as soon as possible. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the clean will be charged at full price. This applies to all customers.
If you or others in your household are too ill to go to work or school, please contact us ASAP to cancel your clean.
If I am unable to access the property as arranged, the clean will be charged at full price.
