Advertising and delivering my services to the higher end of the market, feeling comfortable and at ease in myself that if a potential client felt I was too expensive then they just weren't my customer, no guilt, no self-doubt, no need to explain reasons why.
The modules branding, mindset and boundaries were particularly helpful and they've given me a purpose in my business. The course content makes everything click into place and they'll be many a-ha moments along the way as it all makes sense and you realise that yes, why shouldn't you be paid your worth, it's hard work, you provide a good service and it's what you deserve. "Helen’s programme has helped me massively. I have been cleaning for a few years, but not to my full potential. I was a one-on-one carer for a lady who sadly passed away 3 years ago, when her family offered me cleaning work while I looked for another job. Before I knew it, more of her family and friends asked if I’d clean for them too - so I did! However, I wasn’t charging very much but never had the nerve to raise my prices.
Helen’s ideas and proven successes has enabled me to employ my daughter to help me with my weekly cleans (3 days) and I focus on deep / monthly cleans myself twice a week. My diary is currently full until January! This will now enable me to put up my weekly prices next year and maybe eventually passing the reins for those to my daughter while I solely focus on deep cleans. Helen’s course just makes so much sense. I have more confidence, I use my social media platforms better. I am beginning to work smarter, not harder! I set my prices and get to choose what customers I want to clean for - not accepting any old customer just to fill the diary.
